    Some perms are harsh on the scalp, but I've used ORS Professional Creme Relaxer Normal Strength with no problems. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and manageable. I don't use any other perm.

    Excellent quality. Better than the box because it is evenly mixed. You should order neutralizing shampoo if you don't already have on hand. Comes as relaxer only.....no add one like box relaxer.
