I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
This company is a scam. The first time I placed an order my package arrived in a small loose garment bag instead of a secure box. Once I opened the bag, to my disappointment because the top was not properly sealed, a portion of the Hair Fertilizer had sipped throughout the entire bag and wasted onto the other 5 products. I left a negative review and what appears to be their sole representative contacted me from a private number. She did not want to correspond via phone therefore suggesting we communicate through email. I obliged. Stated in the email was an apology and a gesture to receive a 20% discount on my next order. Fast forward to yesterday (September 11th). I called that same private number and the same representative answered, but this time she answered stating an unfamiliar company name. I asked to speak to someone regarding my previous order and was this ORS? She mumbled something and the phone became static. I went ahead and explained that I was about to place another order, but before I do, I like to know if my 20% discount still stand and how will that work at checkout on the website? The representative became silent. Not a word. I then asked if she’d like to discuss this matter via email and she immediately hung up. Afterwards about an hour, I emailed again, called and text and have not gotten a response.
Moral of the story… this is a fraudulent company and it would be wise to physically walk inside a reputable store or beauty supply to purchase ORS products.
I received my package yesterday, but unfortunately the cap to the fertilizer wasn’t tightly secured and caused the cream to leak out throughout the package. Thankfully it wasn’t too bad. As this could have been a complete disaster and a total waste of money. Please reconsider packaging products in a secure and safe box rather than a plastic bag.
This product was great for my texture of hair.
I couldn’t use the product it was busted and top was off when it was delivered by UPS!!
