Coconut Oil: Contains Vitamins E & K and fatty acids, providing moisture paired with nourishment to prevent protein loss, aid with water retention and protect against damage. Rich in Omegas-3 & 6, antioxidants, calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium.     I was going to try the hemp seed oil but it was out of stock. So I tried the jojoba oil with sandalwood the smell is so clean not overly oily and I only needed 2 or 3 drops. Love this will buy again
