one-half bottle later mailed after I questioned delay of what was misplaced package by UPS which also had a major leak issuing from the bottle of neutralizer shampoo as well as from a bottle of conditioner. No seal on top of bottles. No tape around bottles. No placement in individualized plastic bags to catch leakage. Tossed into larger than necessary box with little paper not enough to stop them tossing around.

This item was inside a bag and was leaking. They normally have a seal, but this one didn’t so when i took it out there was oil all over it. About 1/2 an inch of oil was wasted. Im buying in store from now on.
