    Not just for us Black girls!

    I'm in the UK. When he ran out of shampoo one day, my husband had no choice but to use my shampoo. That was about 10 years ago and it is the only one he now uses. In the past, his wavy European, slightly coarse hair used to get greasy and the products he used gave him pretty bad dandruff. Since using this product, those problems have disappeared. His hair is soft and smooth, never greasy, and dandruff is a thing of the past. He only needs to wash his hair a couple of times a week and uses the shampoo alone (he thinks the conditioner is too heavy for him). Brilliant product!

    Packing damaged in transit and still not yet received 2 weeks later

    This begins in store went to 6 store now in two states because I live by the state line and I can not find your products. So as I have in the past I bought them online in hopes they would get here on time. Not only have they not arrived. The delivery status still says damaged in transit before even arriving to me and I have reached out twice to customer service on this matter online and have yet to hear back. My daughter and I were gonna split the products before she left for flight school as she absolutely loves your products and now I would have to ship them to where she is. Well by the time they get here if they ever do. I am not pleased and I normally don’t express myself in this way but I don’t know how else to get assistance with a not even average experience.

    This order's tracking have not changed from May 7th. Prior orders were received in a timely manner but my follow-up on this order was made to appear as being overzealous. Please re-mail the order and file a claim with UPS for lost package or something.

    Unpleasant Hair Results

    The rating of a two star is for the fragrance. I love be how the products smell. Unfortunately, the smell doesn’t do anything for the hair.

    It saddens me to have to honestly respond with this review but unfortunately the results were and are totally opposite of what I expected. Not only is my hair dryer, it’s shedding even the more to the point that every time I comb it, there is hair in the comb and this is a wide tooth big yellow comb I use. None of the products worked to my expectations. I was expecting my hair to grow and be healthy but now it’s just limp and lifeless.
    Blessings to your company and yo all who use your products. They just aren’t for use on my hair. Also, I’m thankful for every response via chat. I’m certainly grateful. Submitted with respect.
