Free Shipping:
FREE Standard ground shipping for orders over $75 on all merchandise.

Holiday Shipping:
To receive your order by 12/24, please reference the following shipping cutoff times:

  • Standard 3-Day Shipping – orders must be be placed by December 20 at 10am ET
  • 2-Day Shipping – orders must be placed by December 21 at 10am ET
  • 1-Day Shipping – orders must be placed by December 22 at 10am ET

Orders will not ship on the following dates:

Order Status:
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please provide your order number and email address. Only online purchases from orshaircare.com are accepted for returns. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, you will receive the credit within a 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
