    I love this product. I’ve tried many gels but none can compare. I’m no longer seeing this in stores and I’m terrified that it has been discontinued. Please say it isn’t so. I’m stocking up just in case.

    Broken jar

    Received product and the jar was busted with product all inside the packaging. On 8/21/23 Contacted customer service and got a returned call next day asking for pictures of packaging. I sent photos to [****] as requested on 8/22/23. I was told I would receive a replacement jar but I’ve not heard anything back from your company nor have a received a replacement. I love your product but shipping container and customer service is not all that impressive.
