Order never fulfilled

I only received 14 out of the 26 packets that I ordered. The 14 that I received came in 5 deliveries of 1 packet and 1 delivery of 9 packets. Where is the rest of my order. So disappointing 😞

Not what I have ordered

I wasn’t pleased with this order because it was not the product that I had ordered. I reached out to you guys through chat, to let you know that this order was placed and was expected to be delivered in time before we left town. Communication wasn’t good on the time frame that when I need the correct shipment. The correct shipment wasn’t sent out in time. As no one will be able to accept it and it will be sitting outside the property for months and left there for possible theft.

I have bought this Travel packet but this was not enough for my hair.. Good if some more Quantity is available for long hair people. Product is good somehow.
